Was highly suggested to us for high school senior class trip. We wanted them for 8am-6pm and asked for actual coach buses for a trip 1&1/2 hours away. They changed our time and said they wouldn’t pick us up until 9. Didn’t come until nearly 10am and sent school buses, which screwed over one of our students who needed a handicap accessible bus. We were all very tightly packed on each bus (because again we were anticipating actual coach buses) One of our buses got stuck on the highway because it ran out of oil and it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes to send a replacement bus (we were maybe half an hour into the trip at this point) and the bus driver of our bus tried and failed making an illegal u-turn in a private driveway. We ended up getting stuck on the grass and the homeowners had to pull the bus out with their personal tractor. It was a horrible start to our trip and we will never use them again.

Why are your school bus drivers getting on highways and INSTANTLY Darting over 3 lanes to do 50mph in the Left Lane???? Cut in front of me and everyone had to go around. SCHOOL BUSSES BELONG IN THE RIGHT LANE. PRECIOUS CARGO. ?

Awful Bus Service , never on time and always have a different excuse as to why. I'm talking picking my son up 45min+ lasted for school and making me extremely late for work . I have had numerous conversations with them and still the same thing. I don't know why our school district contract with them !
