The absolute worst company in the world. I paid for a washing machine, paid for the delivery, paid to have our old one hauled away, and I paid for installation. It was for my 75-year-old mother. Two lowlife criminals came to my mothers house, and seeing that she was old and slightly confused because I was on my way to work. They decided to tell her that they couldn't install it unless she gave them cash in the amount of $150 or if she made a check to cash in that amount . My mother, not knowing any better stupidly gave them a check. When she called and told me I am mediately had a star pay placed on the check I then proceeded to call Lowe's. Not once not twice not three times. No ladies and gentlemen, I have called eight times all they do is keep sending me to a different departments and I called the police to file a report. The police came to my house. They went downstairs to look at the washing machine and guess what?!! The machine was not properly installed, and my basement is now flooded. The people that work at Lowe's are absolutely useless. I posted on their Facebook page to warn people that they steal from older people. I WILL be pressing charges for the theft

Was super hoping things were going to change. Came In made order to deliver next day must have next day.Next day no delivery we call " can't find order " after 35 mins of holding. Turns out order is coming 4 days later.We run in to store. Our usual rep that is awesome everyone is waiting for he is newer. A shameA blow off rep named " Pat " replied after our anguish and must have next day that we were promised Pat's reply " what do you want me to do about it ?" - wow. Then walked away taking to a buddy.A shame as I was hopeful the instacart delivery ( check that out avoid this hassle ) pro desk delivery Lowes was working on this super stressful hassle of going to the store with zero people to help or keys needed for items. * that i get and it's a shame * delivey fee well worth renting a truck. Then Pat's reply I see nothing has changed.

Do not buy an appliance from Lowe's in Paterson if you expect to get your appliance the way you ordered it in the store. The delivery was contracted out to two people who could not speak English and who refused to fill the work order as we filled it out in the store. When we called to talk to a manager in the store, we were told we had to deal with Lowe's, not the delivery people standing in my house. Why? Is someone from the store going to come to my house to fix the problem? So much for enjoying a new appliance. DO NOT GO HERE to get any satisfaction or help. USELESS.

If you're using this Llowe's to save on sales tax, it's probably worth paying the full tax rate and saving yourself the aggravation. I ordered a replacement washing machine. I disagree with being charged immediately for my purchase prior to it being received. I chose the 8am - 11am time slot because I work during the week and have things to do on Saturday. I received a text saying that it would be delivered from 11am - 2pm. I canceled my Saturday plans so I can be home to receive my new washer. I ended up staying out late on Friday and set my alarm for 10:30. The delivery guy texted me and called me at 8am on Saturday morning disturbing me from my much needed sleep. I woke up and responded to the text, "see you from 11 - 2" to confirm that I will be there during my scheduled time slot. I woke up again around 9 to the sound of my dog barking and my phone ringing, I ignored it, buried my head in my pillow and went back to sleep. At 12 the driver showed up, I opened the side door for him. He went downstairs, came back & said that my connecter was broke so he couldn't install the washing machine. I asked for him just to leave the washing machine, he said he couldn't because it was also damaged and that I would have to get a plumber to fix my connector & reschedule the delivery. I can't confirm, but I think the driver was angry that I want available prior to my scheduled time slot and likely damaged my house connecter and probably the washing machine. It then took me close to 2 weeks for my money to be refunded.

If one is looking for hose clamps, this establishment is not the answer. They haven't had them in 2 years.

Felt very much racially discriminated as the only caucasian by Manager Tyrell and entire customer service staff. Tyrell wouldnt even take the time to pull up my information as a valued customer who spent thoasands of dollars here. I will never shop at lowes again and I request contact from General Manager immediately about conduct from assistant Manger Tyrell who went out of his way to make sure my experience was horrible.

Definitely one of my favorite places to be. I went in for a sink fixture and came out with tiles (which was $15 a piece!!!) I got two full boxes, you do the math; some paint and other stuff... smh Love This store but i like a loyalty discount lol or something

Supervisor Assistant Sal (as it says on the bage) was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I meeting with him second time, he never charged.I will visit this location as less as possible.
