Scams me and I’m coming for my money. I promise you. You already taking $500 up front to sign people up for the PPP loan now your trying to take my taxes and keep avoiding my phone calls at your place of business. It’s not ok and you will give me my money it’s been 3mths I received my state but they took my fed. refund. I want it now!

I would never go to this Liberty just because of the way they answer the phone. I called to see if I need to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was very rude. Aren't businesses supposed to answer something like " hello this is liberty tax service" no I got "hello, then has a conversation with another person, then hello." sorry I need someone more professional .
