They are great I have spent Hundreds of dollars on wash & fold.They have never made a mistake until the other day when they lost my robe . I confronted the owner respectfully about the situation and he told me that they reweigh everything and that I was wrong. After patronizing his establishment for at least 4 years. How do you misplace a bathrobe? The belt to the robe was in the bag, but no robe. I believe I should be compensated for my loss. I will never go back again. Don’t get me wrong the young ladies that work there are great, but the owner shows very little compassion for good paying customers.

I have been goin to this laundry for a long time I either wash my clothes or I do drop off and fold service ….this time I got my clothes back and half of my clothes were missing this has never happened to me and all the owner could say is there is nothing he can do ……IF YOU DO WASH AND FOLD SERVICES AT THIS PLACE DONT BRING ANYTHING VALUABLE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CLOTHES AND ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNO WHAT HAPPENED!!!!

Hey!This place deserves a one star.Here’s some of the things they do that they think is acceptable to treat low a income town.They charge you 2 dollars extra for every load they do.Their soap is so cheap that it makes you break out so you have to bring your own or buy some from them. They will look at a bag that has 3 loads and tell you to buy a 8 dollar bottle of laundry detergent (a 17 load bottle) instead of their smaller bottle.They already charge you a dollar a pound which is ridiculous this isn’t a fancy town this is Paterson.Oh yea the best part is they will use that 17 load bottle and not give you the rest of it and say “oh we used it all (then she proceeds to giggle) ”??? sureeeee you did.So hey google a laundry mat in Clifton on main and you’ll find one for 69 cents a pound and they are done with your clothes by the next morning. And they don’t charge you extra for anything.
