This place had a very nice staff.
I just went in and staff were very very rude.
The way the speaks to patients is not recommended. The wait is horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone ever.

horrible. in a basement with no air circulation, phone service, or bathroom. Had about 3 ppl per seat. With appointment, waited 45 minutes to be put into another room where it seemed another 45 minute wait was on the horizon. Walked out and decided to go to another location.

Today I was at the Paterson location, it was not my first time, but today I dare to say that the young woman who assisted my 9-year-old son with autism was super professional, patient, empathetic, considerate and kind. I appreciate how we were treated.

Pasenda(hope I heard her name correctly) was very kind and professional. She called me back promptly and answered all of my questions. I did not feel the stick and do not have a mark. Will recommend. It should be noted that I made an appointment and it was honored.

My fiancé has to start a new job so they sent him here for pre employment drug testing . 1st time they messed up the id numbers so test was invalid. He went back 2 days later and the same thing happened. Go somewhere else! This place needs to be closed down. Terrible service!

So sad that uncompassonate people work at a facility where people with medical issues are trying to receive service. My mom with cancer was turned away because they had her on hold for 15 minutes to then state she was late, if the call was handled appropriately she wouldn't have been 5 minutes late!

Bad service. They didn’t call me while I’m waiting first in the queue. After I told them they blamed each other and then they asked me this location are not doing this test here.

ONE star -/ given based upon what I experienced today. Besides, I am pleased with the staff members here. Mainly bc the employees here have always been welcoming and very helpful. My aunt & I appear at this location quarterly, bc she gets her (routine)blood work done. An, the rude , arrogant, nonchalant , attitude which Gessica had given both me&my aunt this afternoon; was Totally uncalled for and unacceptable. The Boisterous tone in her voice sent a bad message and a distinctive image about her. “I politely asked Gessica , if she was a new/recent employee there , and she said, NO . I been with the company; I’m a floater.” But the fact of the matter is NOW… I see Exactly why you are Where you are; an hasn’t been given a permanent position. Her attitude ‘Just brings down the company with those negative characteristics. —The fact that this woman (my aunt) is LITERALLY a couple months from being 80yrs old. She’s deserving of the respect which she delivered. So, wtbs I’m going to say, regardless what you are going through, don’t carry that energy out amongst others. Be Kind to people!!!

The patients are here for long time. Everybody are claim about the register machine.I have appointment and the lady of the front desk “ Gessica “is working with inappropriate manners. She looks upset with her work.She was screaming to me and rude.She works unprofessional.The appointment/schedule is not respected.I not accept she is disrespectful to me.Her attitude is unacceptable.The supervisor needs put the employees with good education and respect.
