I changed the transmission in my car and he told me to take it in a year to change the oil (many advised me not to do it) but I called him and he made the appointment, shortly after changing the oil the car started to fail, I took it and he told me that I only had to change the converter, but unfortunately that part could not be found being a 2014 Toyota Corolla, I went to another mechanic who told me that the transmission had been damaged, this man was not responsible for it. nothing, "don't take your car to this place"

Not only did he not even once take a proper look at the car, he played guessing games with the issue. Never trying to solve the issue, only wanting to guess what the issue is without taking any kind of look at the transmission. When questioned he got upset and didn't want to assist any further. He was great once but if you're looking for genuine care then he's not your guy. What did the car actually need? A simple oil change, he's a bitter man who wants to charge top dollar for playing a guessing game with you and your car

Let's face it, we all live a very busy life whether it is with work, kids, school, etc. and when something goes wrong with your vehicle especially with transmissions the first thing that crosses your mind is, time & money. Not only was Lorenzo very professional and very thorough when explaining what the issue was, but also he was done fixing my truck's transmission in only three days and to top it off the price was very reasonable. When it comes to transmissions, I highly recommend this place to all my Northern New Jersey folks, because of how effective and reliable they are and for the fast turn around. My truck runs very smoothly now and I'm back to my everyday routine. Thanks Lorenzo ??
