bad experience, if there is no other place in the world where to get your taxes or other services better don't do it... they have no empathy, they deceive you... they do not resolve you and they will not return your money either

THE WORST SPOT TO FILE TAXES! ok so this is my first time ever filing taxes. i understand that it takes a while but its been A MONTH & almost two weeks since ive filed. I didnt want a check so i told them to put the money in the bank so they told me that i will receive my money quicker. AGAIN, its been NEARLY TWO MONTHS and i still havent received my money. Then kenny tells me im gonna be receiving a certain amount, but everytime i try to check when my money will arrive i cant because hes not giving me the correct amount! i will NEVER file my taxes with these horrible people again.

Keny el ladron mas grande de Paterson nj en la summer st es un bruto irespetuoso y mala abla espero k despues k IRS se te tire se vajen los sumo de k eres el mejor . maldito ratrero tirando taxes sin firma y sin decir ah llenador caunto le van dar explico eso es fraude si no lo save !!!!!kenny taxes commits Fraud unprofessional hang up phone calls on clients !! please anyone that does there taxes with him check ur taxes b4 leaving the office he change amounts send paperwork with authorized or signatures and to top it off with out u knowing the amounts of ur refund Please beware if the fraud that's goin on in this office

A todo el que quiera llenar este lugar pienselo dos veces. El seí±or tiene mucha falta de profesionalismo. En mi caso, fui a llenar con 2 dependes. Mi nií±o de 3 aí±os y mi bebe de 7 meses. Resulta que pusieron el social mal de mi nií±a(error que lo puede cometer cualquiera) bueno el caso es que despues que puse el social correcto salia que ya habian reclamado a mi nií±a. El seí±or ademas de que me dijo que talvez otro papa de la nií±a talvez la reclamo quizo dejarme dicho que yo habia puesto el numero mal en el formulario donde claramente se ve que lo escribi bien. Despues de mandarle todas las pruebas al IRS, llamo para confirmar que todo habia sido recibido y entre preguntas y preguntas departe de ellos, me preguntan que cantidad me habian depositado le digo la cantidad y me dicen que esa no es la cantidad que les sale en el systema y que le pidiera la copia electronica al que lo lleno. Voy a la oficina pues el seí±or comenzo a decirme bruta, que yo no sabia sumar, me dijo estupida y se puso de una manera muy agresiva y que yo le habia dicho ladron sin yo haberle dicho nada de eso. Simplemente fui a aclara como cualquier ser humano lo haria y se suponia que el debia aclararme mis confusiones y no dejarme mas confundida de lo que yo estaba. Piensen 2 veces antes de ir a este lugar.
