Kay Pharmacy is an outstanding pharmacy. VK and his staff are always friendly, courteous and we are treated with utmost respect. Prescriptions are filled promptly. Any questions or concerns are always answered. If you have sensitivity to medications, VK goes out of his way to find the right medication for you. He is wonderful. We highly recommend Kay Pharmacy. I recently visited the pharmacy. I interacted with the pharmacist who was extremely helpful as I had a number of questions regarding their printing services. He, while having other more important things to attend took the time to help me produce a successful project. He also was very helpful in sharing information for a local volunteer group which I am a part of. Pharmacies are a very important part of our community. It is great that even with a larger pharmacy just blocks away this pharmacy still exists. Thank you for your continued commitment to your customers.

This was my first time dealing with this pharmacy. I had a new prescription, that isn't readily available everywhere. New place, new medicine--I was a bit concerned. I was very thankful-the pharmacist and staff were excellent! The pharmacist was patient and informative. He provided insight & care on my new medication. I will be going back to them in the future. Kay pharmacy at Chamberlain Avenue in Paterson, NJ, is not only a neighborhood pharmacy but a family saving pharmacy where staff treat clients like family members.My family and I highly recommend this wonderful pharmacy to everyone. Not so long ago, we were very sick in the family, and I, head of household, became helpless. The pharmacist did everything he could possibly do for us to get the medications. In addition to checking on us regularly, he also invited us to call if we need more help. Society needs more people like Kay pharmacy staff.Words can not describe how much we appreciate such dedication, care, and special attention to customers.Thank you for making a difference in our lives.

I love going to Kay’s Pharmacy!! The pharmacist knows me by my name, when I walk in for my medication. The owner is very pleasant and kind to the people who enter into the store/pharmacy. Kay’s is a great store and pharmacy. Very professional and friendly.

VK and his associates are always friendly and efficient. VK knows me by face and name and always knows what I’m there for. He has gone above and beyond for myself and for my family. It’s always a friendly encounter when I come to Kay Pharmacy. They are truly the best.

Very bad, racist and judgmental experience at this place, I own a few homes in the Hillcrest and some businesses, VAMSI KOLLI "VK" the suppose manager would have know that but instead was rude, judgmental, egotistic, and a liar. First he ask for he ask for 2 proof of Photo ID and then several proof of Address with Bills, Which was a lie to begin with because a driver license is sufficient enough and some place may ask for registration, car insurance with proof of address or even a incorporation papers which I have for over 12 years - He wouldn't know. Then he told multiple lies, first let me see if these docs are good enough, I will contact my boss/owner and reach back out to you in 24 hours. Then he change it around and say we need a 24 hours authorization hold , lol. Think about it folks, He wouldn't be in charge or Robert the suppose owner of this place will put someone in charge that can open PO BOX/Business Mail Addresses for customers. What was very rude, is the proof of address, he started opening it up to actually read it, I have open over a dozen Business PO BOX, virtual address , etc in my 12+ years, and have never see something like this. Bengali Indians are very racist, judgmental towards monitories forgetting that they are a minority themselves. When I told other UPS offices about, they was stun about the documents "VK was asking for and the supposedly 24 hour authorization hold as well as their high prices. Don't let this place fool you, the prices are high, racism, judgmental and so much more. Robert or whoever is the owner is losing out on so much money. Most are these reviews are bought/fake - We also run a marketing/review management company - I can spot from a mile away.

I've been buying my prescriptions from Kay's Pharmacy for more than 27 year. I have purchased prescription at other pharmacy's including the big name drug stores but have never been treated with more kindness, respect and attention than I have received at Kay's. In my opinion Kay's is the best for my needs and the needs of my family. VK (the owner and pharmacist) is alway ready and able to help with any of my questions. I also received all 4 of my Covid shots at Kay's Pharmacy and VK was very accommodating with my schedule. This store is also a UPS store and I've shipped several packages, always helpful informing me about the details of my transaction.

The owner of Kay pharmacy provided very good customer service. It is a full-service one stop shop. I was here for the purpose of giving photocopies. He had reasonable prices, better than Staples, and even threw in a few free ones. Whatever your needs are, whether it be, filling a prescription, sending a package via UPS, or playing the lotto, this is the place to go. This is my first Google review ever, so this place must be good.

I will go no where else. The pharmacist, VK takes the best care of you and answers all your questions. I love the staff, they are all wonderful and friendly. Service is great as well.
