Gross ? stalker manager Noah has been stalking my girlfriend since she worked there and showed up at her apartment in Paterson at 2 AM last night drunk like a pathetic l**** that he is… Prevent yourself any type of creeps or low class people and avoid this business like the Black Plague! I am mortified and recommend that anyone avoid this business especially if you are a female because the owner’s son is a creep from hell, and is using my girlfriend’s check against her to see him again…I wish I could give him -5 stars and the business because he is the manager and the son of the owner… Customers beware message me if you have any questions

Worst customer service experience ever. Went there to get some engagement rings. Put them on layaway and went back 15minutes later to cancel the layaway because I found better rings elsewhere. The ponytail guy said he couldn't return our money back and that they charge a 50% fee cancelation. The receipt did not say that and neither does the store. They did not want to return the money. This people are thieves. Do not go there.

My (Now) Fiancé bought my engagement ring here, unfortunately he bought it 2 sizes too small since I've gained some quarantine weight. However we went there together to get sized & get the ring enlarged. Customer service was great ? They didn't even charge and I am very excited with the ring! I would recommend this place 100% ☺

I took my brother to purchase nose rings he was sold Earrings. Less than 7 minutes later we go back to exchange the earrings for what he wanted and they didn’t have nose rings. Fine, I go out to the car to put the earrings in because we had no choice but to keep them since Paterson jewelers don’t give cash refunds...and what do you know the stem on the earring breaks!!! I go back into the store and bring it to mans attention that had the ponytail only for him to tell me it will be $12 to repair it!! What the hell??? The pair cost $25 (10k) and I have to pay $12 for something I just purchased less than 15 minutes ago??? That’s ridiculous. I will boycott this place until I run out of time. He was very rude and unreasonable I even agreed to pay $6 which was still not right!
