I had an immigration matter recently i was in a state of distress and the woman there guided me in the right direction. Also took me in without an appointment and made sure i had the right paperwork! She was super efficient and thorough! Thank you guys so much also the security very nice i felt very safe.Thank you all! I hope everyone gets the recognition they deserve!

The worst experience I ever had in a place, for make a appointment is like 30 min, they’re usually are grumpy and they also are really rude is not our fault that their have to work.

The worst place ever. They gave me an appointment at 4pm. They close at 4:30 pm. I went there got 5 to 10 minutes late because of the traffic. The security guard told me there is no one there. Everyone left at 4 pm. Terrible.

Since April 2022 we are requesting by mail by fax by email the non filling letter because my son need in school but until now no response…he cannot enroll without this….i hope all of you are sleep well…especially to the person assigned for this job!!!!

BOTS!!! BOTS!!! BOTS!!! It like there is no human being working for the IRS anymore. I still haven't received my refund. When I check online it can't be found. The bot on the phone won't connect me to a human being that works for this place. Ugh...

Terrible they send you letters so you can get intouch with them and then when you call them they had up on you because of the high call volume and tell you to call the next business day and then the next day the same thing happens.
