The customer service is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and hands on, they actually care about providing good service. The process of buying a car went really smooth. And they were very helpful with my follow up questions and concerns.

Import Auto Sales is without a doubt the most unprofessional, disrespectful and misleading auto sales company I’ve ever used. They have volatile staff, who spoke to me not only in a demeaning way, but shouted and screamed at me during a phone call and in person at the shop. During my time in the store while attempting to rectify the issue, the staff member displayed aggressive body language and belittling rhetoric. It is extremely disheartening that this staff and company not only create inappropriate altercations with customers, but that they also intentionally escalate situations that can be resolved through professional language and conversations. I would NEVER recommend servicing one’s vehicle at this abhorrent establishment nor would I recommend conversing with their incapable staff members.

Love how laid back this place is, I went today to look at a car I am interested in and they did not disappoint. Car was in fantastic shape better than advertised. Car drove good and the salesman and owner were both very honest. Although I am looking at a couple of cars I have a feeling I’ll be back here tomorrow to pick this car up as they were genuine and honest. Hoping to become a customer for any and all used car needs here! They let me go over the whole car without trying to hide anything. They were not pushy either. Highly recommend this place!

Sold me a truck and it caught fire with me and my kids in it . The staff was very rude to me on the phone and refused to help me . I have filed a claim with the better business bureau and will be taking this dealership to court . This dealer sold me a lemon . I will be seeking a civil court claim following these actions .

Very nice team. However very disappointing, misleading service. Only after I asked to take the LR4 for a PPI, I was told the radiator was leaking. I wonder what would have happened if I had bought it without asking for a PPI.
I feel bad for the buyer who fell for it.

Sold me a car. I took it to the body shop the same day. The front axles were blown out the calipers were all bad the rotors were bad the brakes were bad and the list goes on when I called and asked about what we could do they told me absolutely nothing all sales final but I was unaware when I spent my last dollars on buying the car I would have to put thousands in to get it street legal.

Absolutely the worst car dealership I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from . They sold me a truck that they rigged to make work and sold me warranty that doesn’t cover anything . Less than three months and I have major issues that are not covered . This dealership is a fraud , they are thieves . DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID
