They advertise brand new phones on Facebook and when you go to the store they have a used or fake phone this store is trash I drove 2 hours to buy an iPhone 14 and the salesman there didn’t even wanna take care of me because I’m spanish

If I could leave zero stars that would be too high of a rating. Hoodwinkers should really be the name of this operation.
I Went to Home Tech Electronics on 154 market st in Paterson to purchase an unlocked phone for my business. I was showed one and paid extra for it to be unlocked. When I went to activate it at a carrier, it was locked. At some point at the purchase the phone was swapped out with one that was locked.
Now when I go back to the store I’m told I have to sign up for “simple mobile” and this was explained to me at the time of purchase. This was clearly not what happened and was told nothing else could be done.
Buyer beware.

SCAMMER ALERT!! FALSE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS. bf went to retrieve iPhone 11 was told a certain price for said product went to store front only to be told phone was that price with purchase of a plan. Even though never stated that in description of product and even after talking with person prior to pickup. Then store clerk threatening bf. Avoid establishment at all costs. GIANT RED FLAGS. ??

Man falsely advertises products on marketplace, and when you show up tells you you have to buy a plan or pay more money. Advertised a 4 year old iphone for 150, no strings attached on the page. Doesn't say with plan. It's false advertising. Stay clear of this child. He also reported all my tik tok videos for exposing his criminal false advertising

Was told on the phone that the item I was looking for was in stock that they had plenty. 20 minutes later I show up to the store and they tell me there’s non in stock BUT that I can get a similar item for 350 dollars more than the one I was there for, the bait and switch is definitely true as I see on the reviews.
