A rubbish company, I do not recommend it, they have a policy that only benefits them, be careful before making a shipment, they never explain their policy to you and then they apply it in their favor and if you do not comply with these policies you lose all the money. shipping, they throw away your merchandise regardless of whether it causes damage, it is practically a scam when an inconvenience occurs.

They are thieves, my mother-in-law sent 2 boxes to the Dominican Republic, and they looted it. They don't know the effort my mother-in-law makes to send food to her family and that some long hands come to open boxes that are not given as gifts. They charge for service! that she sends, very bad service!

Unfortunately this company is a scammer with bad service, in New your they give information and in R D another they are an ignorant person without education to listen to the customer but the bad thing is taken away by the river and that will serve as salt which made me lucky That was with my sweat, not Stolen Pork, they want to allege something, that's not the case, they charged me 75 k, that's what shipping costs and the box never arrived, and if it's not pork, I'll call Inter, or that I supposedly had a fine, pork, according to what it was. a box full of a backpack and new clothes, something that was not like that, they delivered it when they felt like it and to deliver it they had to pay 175 dollars but I have to hear that they will lose that more than there is an irresponsible Dominican scammer, please don't even look at that scammer

The worst experience that my family and I have ever had with this company, the first thing is that here in NY they give you one information and in the DR another, secondly we had to pay the amount of 175 dollars because the dam was a new thing, where There are used things, they did not want to open the box for me to show them that I am correct. Some pieces are also lost. What I recommend to you is that you send your box elsewhere, because of thieves who are this but nothing is what they are. They lose because my whole family sent here, which you are not going to continue sending….

The worst company that exists, be careful, they steal your clothes and want to cheat by charging tax, customs doesn't charge them and apart from that they stole 8 pairs of tennis shoes from me, I sent two tanks with them and they stole from me, how can thieves be able to, that's what those clothes are. It was for my brothers and nephews who were waiting for her, it makes me sad how they can be this way and then I call them and every time I call I have to resolve with a manager who is never there

I have never had any complaints about this shipment. I have been sending boxes to my country for more than 5 years, it always arrives on time and completes the merchandise and the guys are very friendly.

Sent full box with food and new clothing to my sister in DR. And received half of the box was stolen. My people beware of these merchandise thieves. Please, do not put at risk what it costs us so much to enrich more these thieves.
