My baby surprised me with a gift, no special reason, just because and they killed the whole romantic experience.When he bought it, he asked them please when you make the ring bigger please add gold, I'll pay for it, please don't stretch it and make it thin, it will break. No worries she said, we don't charge you bc you bought it here.Guess what, 2 days later I pick up the ring wore it for 2 hour it broke? Why?? Cause they stretched it out. Brought it back again, had to wait another 2 days to fix it and charged him $20. I put it on in the am no more that 1 hr later it was broke again.This is ridiculous... Did they even fix it...It's been how long I still don't have the ring on my finger.

I never thought I was going to be fooled by a jewelry store. I bought this chain 43.3 grams in May 2021 the first thing I asked was for solid chains, the man told me that this chain is solid, then I told him that I wanted it, the price was $ 2,500, it turns out that I ask in several jewelry stores if my chain is solid. And it turns out that I was scammed my chain is not solid believe me if I knew that this is flabby gold I never bought it I tried to change the chain for another but they wanted to scam me again they wanted to give me one of 36 grams and only 200 usd of credit . Thank you

Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest! I am disheartened that this store is still in business considering what they may have done to other customers.I brought in a design by my daughter and ordered a custom pendant and then I paid 1/2 down. The finished product was nothing like the design I brought in. I had then redo the pendant then the finished product was better but was not much larger than I originally asked for. They made it bigger and then wanted to charge me the difference. They tried to tell me there was no chance of getting a refund because of the work they did. After threatening to take them to court I was given my refund.Please beware of this store.

The best jewelers in paterson new jersey spent thousands there and with pride I say this they are family oriented and treat me as ? family too just brought 14 k. White gold name plate with ear rings to match for my girl ....and for self 14 k. Cuban curb link chain with a 14 k. Charm of the Virginia mary beautiful I've been buying there since 1998 will never buy elsewhere they are very fair priced love gold star jewelry
