Been coming here for years. My only real issues is the prices!!! I believe because it’s mostly a EBT community that they raise prices on things and they know they will always make money off that especially since it’s convenient because it’s close by.

this company is amazing. if you have corporate needs and need to purchase in bulk, Food Universe is the place to call. We had a week long event and we were able to purchase everything from a local vendor! the pricing was amazing and delivery was on time everyday!

This supermarket in general is ok but it could be better is every body right there receives a good training about how to treat customer (customer service) I say this because some guys of the sections are not that nice and some time if we ask something their answer is kind of rude.I hope you can improve this because is not fair for any customer due we expense our money in your business.

Place was really clean easy access to get groceries. Customer service fantastic. Cashier offer to assist you with packing your groceries and I really appreciated the assistance. Kudos to you all

Went in last week got some fruit, juices and household items. The fruit was so good upon leaving I went right back in for more! Fast forward to today same place same fruit same card this time I was told they do not accept EWic(not true) then got told the fruit doesn't qualify for WIC(not true) the cashier seemed racist and the management she was calling for ignored her instead choosing to chit chat and laugh while she was attempting to "get help". If you don't have customer service skills don't apply for customer service jobs! Will hopefully follow up with the store on what they plan to do about such an unfortunately exhausting exchange.

Great prices on food items here, and a very large selection. Meat is great quality and price wise. Large selection of international vegetables, as well as sauces, seasonings and spices. Make sure you pay attention in the front of the store, near the cashiers - they often have deals where if you spend over a certain amount (when I went it was a free 20 lb bag of rice with over a $169 spend), you get a bag of free rice or similar Definitely great bang for your buck here.

0 amount of stars for this business Frances was not helpful over the phone terrible customer service. Provided my correct phone number for a pick up order and made it very difficult & was very "RUDE" to pick up my lunch instead providing a solution wasn't even a delivery order she wanted all kinds of personal information, Also she automatically using her position as a manager as an a abuse of power to not accommodate me as loyal daily customer no solution. Terrible customer service.

Don’t waist your time and money here …I’ve noticed they change expired dates to current dates , their fruits and veggies are NEVER FRESH! check your fruits/ veggies / produce before buying ‼️I just left to only be displeased by all of their berries having white fuzzy fungus on them. I shouldn’t have to shop and waist more of my time checking dates when this market advertises “fresh” food . It’s ridiculous!
