I had the worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to ordering food from a restaurant. On Christmas Eve, I had a huge party at at a hall. It was filled with family, friends and some coworkers. My food was supposed to be delivered at 4pm. I called them a total of 9 times that day. My food was delivered at 7:30pm!!!They delivered the food 3.5 hours later. Totally unacceptable! The food was so cold it took over an hour for the food to heat up in the warming trays.The food wasn’t even that good! I ended up buying pizza and most of the food went to the garbage!I called them many times to speak to a manager. Never got a call back so I went in person. Spoke to the owner Mr. Javier Estevez. His solution? Order again so they can make it up to me. LOL no thank you!

I ordered food there for a Christmas party. The food was almost 4 hours late and food was cold. Never ever going back there! The owner's solution? Give them a chance to make it right next time. No thank you! Food wasn't that great either. We ended up ordering pizza.

That restaurant is run down with super bad food. That was one of my favorite places. An hour ago I placed an order for arroz morro and pernil I couldn't eat the pernil I couldn't swallow it because it was to dry. It's serious and I'm not exaggerating ????

Absolutely poor service!! This place was one of my go to places at the beginning. Now, their customer service has gotten so bad!! When you bring it up to management they don't acknowledge it. I went in today for two orders and the lady try to over charge me for two plates totaling almost to $40. Spoke to management who did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Go to another place Costambar less then a mile away order the same food and my food came out to $21.39. Yeah Estevez has too go!!!! The greed will not get them anywhere!!
