Went here to get my rear wheels balanced on my bmw, when i went out of town a couple days later i caught a flat on the interstate and i have a spare tire with the correct tools, breaker bars, Impact etc, They put the lugs on way to tight to the point where one of them stripped and left me stranded for hours, i have a heavy duty impact gun that couldn’t even move the lug, i had to heat it up after hours of being stuck and paying for a tow.. Stop over tightening wheel lugs….

$1,000 later and I still have the same problem, check engine light still won't go away and I keep getting told that it's something else over and over. At the end of the day, I believe I was purposely cheated because instead of thieves stealing my catalytic converters is illegally, the Shop did it legally by lying to mine needed to be replaced. They had me buy new ones just to take my old ones away and charged me for new ones/labor. I was made into a fool believing this man with all his church gospel. I should have known better but please if you come here, be very mindful. It's nice to see others had a positive experience. But mine was terrible and I will never get over it.

I waited a week to write the review to see if everything was fine and I just want to thank Elias and Jose for their hard work. I came into the shop with an issue that was a little bigger than what they could handle but they didn’t turn me down. They gave me a quote, and went straight to work. Elias called me after work hours to confirm my car was in good shape and ready for pickup. I can’t thank them enough, and if i were to need anything else, they will be the first people i think of. Thank you so much!!

No one can call me a liar, including you. My car's pads and rotors are new. The piece I removed from the back of the rotor is the piece that gets attached to the tire while adjusting the wheel alignment. She couldn't have gotten there by chance after you adjusted the wheel alignment of my car, right?
You constantly make excuses and do not offer solutions. You still blame me. I work for 2 days for the money I gave you, but you take the money, do not do your job properly and damage my vehicle. When you gave my car back to me, the tires were not even filled with proper air, I repaired it. What is your occupation? Either do your job properly or don't work at all and don't victimize people. On top of that, you're commenting on my manners. But don't worry, I objected to the necessary places and I will not let it go. It's a shame you sold yourself for money..

This place is sketchy, also the office smells like weed, that's not good, and this was a last resort to change some tires, it wasn't my idea to come here, but some of these tires are not what they seem, and also one of the guys there who does a test drive is not a very good driver, he almost ran over someone, not good, I personally would've ordered my new tires and have it installed at a different location, but oh well..
