The people with afternoon appointments never really get anything because most of the people before us take it all, most of the Latinos take more than they suppose to and they argue with the staff in Spanish, a lot of people are rude and inconsiderate, when the 1pm appointments are ready to go in its nothing left and they rush us, 2hrs in line for nothing

They moved two Doors away. Much better service and faster. Nevertheless there was a woman, receiving the cards at the entrance, receiving the people like if we don't deserve to live. She made us wait outside, (where it was very hot, and the sun was rising) when they had available sits indoors. I was fasting and concerned because I was starting to feel weak. Then she treated me like if I wanted to take double food and followed me because, as my cart is very small, I went outside to put everything into the car and went back to continue to pick up the rest. I was very sad and I felt offended because I only lose my job, not my dignity. I want to add that this place helps very much and provides food for those in need. I wish the personnel that have to deal with people in need could be nicer and have empathy with the clients. There was a hispanic guy there so empathetic and the ladies in the computers were nice as well. They provide fruits, vegetables, chicken, milk, soups, beans and some snacks. Anyway thank you CUMAC, I really needed the help provided by you today. Thank you God! At the end of the day we all had the proper support.

I cannot say enough how this place has helped me within the last 2yrs. I would like others go down there on line and was having issues trying carry it all until one day an employee reached out to me and asked if I was disabled since they saw my license plates. I usually don't play the oh poor me thing bcuz I'm disabled so I n ver stated my struggle since they opened there doors to me without questions. A representative asked for my number and explained that a new program was starting and I would have to qualify to get home delivery and I do. Thank you CUMAC. They also reached out to me to help me see if I qualify for anything else and that was just recent. Jenny is who I met with and made me feel so comfortable and addressed all my concerns to get me the additional help I need. This place truly helps the community.
