Horrible, site says they close at 7:30 but I arrived at 6:54 and they were in the middle of closing the gate. Explained to them I needed a part urgently and how I rushed over here and they said sorry were closed. CHANGE YOUR SERVICE TIME THEN !!

Had a plumbing emergency on thanksgiving. They told us they were open til noon. Got there at 1140am and doors locked. Called and they said come through the back, nobody opened. Wasted my gas and time getting there.

I have a one hundred year old house in the Historic Eastside Section of Paterson and had an issue with an old shower mixing valve. I brought it to Colon Hardware and they had an entire rebuild kit with seats, washers, stem packing gasket and face plate gasket! Couldn't believe my eyes when they dropped it on the counter! Amazing!
