The most unprofessional business I have dealt with in a while, scheduled a pick up, and then they canceled on me and refused to reschedule, the dispatcher is rude and arrogant and unprofessional

Car was towed on October 30,22 I asked the driver how much was the drop fee he told me 195 but couldn’t get the car till tomorrow. I said ok, before he told me the price he kept driving. I was in front of the truck he told me he will run me over. I then proceeded to take a picture of the man he slapped my phone out of my hand.

I had a car towed that was in my parking space were I live. The only thing that sucked was that I had to wake up the super to okay it.

Terrible the drive that came to the accident to pick up the vehicle was very rude and nasty. When we ask for the address of class he responded by saying you don't know that don't you live in this town and when we try to remove some important things from the vehicle he started saying hurry up I don't have time for this and started to put the vehicle on the truck with my son still in it the office had to stop him. I must say the young man that drop the vehicle off at my home two days later was very nice and helpful.

Horrible customer service. Staff not trained to handle customers. Wouldnt even take a payment because she didn't know how to handle an irate customer. I'm sure the owner is happy to know she cost him money

I live in an apartment with assigned parking. I pay $125 just to park. Since my building is contracted with Classic, I had to wait almost an hour just for them to arrive.

Actually the rudest, nastiest, uneducated, delinquent customer service. The girl, I should say ogre, was completely out of line and needs to get a new job. One where she does NOT provide customer service since she has none whatsoever. Believe me, I didn’t want to be there any more than she did. The poor men that actually do their jobs here definitely get the sh*t end of the stick since the driver’s first interaction is with such an unkind, grossly unsocialized animal.
