I recently had the pleasure of take my Mustang to Classic Auto Body after it was involved in an unfortunate accident, and I couldn't be more pleased with the amazing service I received. Although the car was deemed a total loss, my experience dealing with the staff was very pleasant. They kept me informed of every step, even took out my belongings out of the car and kept them aside for me when I couldn't make it to the shop before the insurance took the vehicle. Will definitely be recommending to friends/family. Outstanding customer service.

Got a supplemental insurance claim and asked if they could do a teardown to estimate the damages. They told me that they would only do the tear-down (the guy said "tear-DOWN, tear-DOWN, we only tear it down") and wouldn't reassemble my vehicle after the amendment to the damages estimate unless I chose to go through with the repairs. Complete BS. I called other REPUTABLE AND HONEST body shops and they explained that the insurance company pays for the tear-down and that the vehicle is reassembled, as a matter of course, after the tear-down is completed. Went there once before for an eye-ball estimate and the guy kept asking if I wanted to "keep the car." Very shady business practices, always looking to take advantage of any lack of knowledge you may have. Take your business elsewhere.
