I want to purchase a 2016 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 from Class Auto but the dealer didn’t want us to exchange wire transfer details for some reason. My opinion is that they’re stringent in the ways that they sell vehicles to their customers and I didn’t think that worked, in terms of the way I usually buy vehicles for clients from the US.

Bought a Vehicle from here a few years ago, test drive was fine- however it took just about a month with the car to realize they sold me a LEMON. After spending thousands on repairs during that time I decided to junk the car.

I asked about a vehicle I was interested in at Class Auto Trade. They said it was still available. And I explained how I was driving over 2 hours away to purchase it. That if anything changes to contact since, I'm driving so far away. I then contacted my car insurance company to add the car to my policy. I contacted the dealership again just to clarify that the vehicle was still available and the time I would arrive. They said they will hold it for me until I got there. So 2 hours and 45 minutes later I arrive at the car shop, and they say they sold the car a little bit before I got there. They didn't even contact me to let me know. So you can imagine how upset I was. There were 2 gentleman in the dealership. And when they sold the car. Their were 2 gentleman talking in Spanish and said since, I drove all this way they have another car for me at the same price. The area to begin with was really shady and unsafe. He wanted me going around the corner to some mechanic shop, trying to sell me a Hyundai SUV. I looked at the car. The check engine light was on, censor for the gas gage needed replaced. It was showing it was on empty. I asked them if they could put gas in since, I'm not used to the area and they said the censor needs replaced. So it has gas. And refused to put gas in the car . If that wasn't enough they told me they were going to slap a license plate on the car registed to another vehicle. That is HIGHLY ILLEGAL! I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. It's by far the worst car experience I have ever had!!!
