I went here after going to Walgreens since they couldn’t fill all the prescriptions I needed. They recommended me here. I arrived with my partner and his brother and went up to the counter and gave them my prescriptions and asked if they could fill them and they said yes. I gave them my insurance card and ID and they had me wait. That’s fine because I knew it needed to be filled. One lady assumed I knew Spanish when they brought the nebulizer i needed. My partner had to jump in to let them know I didn’t speak Spanish. I was still waiting for my meds to be filled so I went to look at the nebulizer and there was no mask. I know it’s optional but my script said to have it so I could use either the mask or mouthpiece. My partners brother stepped up and talked to them about the mask and seemed liked a big deal to get. I couldn’t understand since it was in Spanish but after on the way back to the car he said that the woman said after the hassle “ it’s on the house” the mask should have been provided with the nebulizer in the FIRST place. About 30 minutes have passed and they call me up and tell me they CANT fill my prescription due to the private medical insurance I had and that I didn’t have the “right insurance”. I WAS WAITING OVER 30 mins when they should have just told me no they can’t fill it when I came in. They ALSO charged me $89 for the nebulizer since it “wasn’t covered by insurance” so no I have to submit the receipt to insurance which is another headache that I need to deal with. I then went to Belmont Pharmacy and had a wonderful experience and they had NO issues filling my script besides needing some extra information that they needed. Belmont Pharmaxy told me they need a few RX #’s to fill the scripts. Carmen’s instead of telling me they needed the RX #s to fill the scripts they told me I don’t have correct insurance NOT WORTH THE TIME, STRESS, or MONEY.

First interaction via phone following up on my prescription order.They respond very quickly to the need and shipment as well as long as your paperwork is in order.It was difficult navigating through the language barrier. Otherwise, the service is good.

Businesses like this contribute on to why people that lives in paterson rather take their business else where. No appreciation for customers as well as the fact that they take their customers for suckers just to steal their money.I purchased support bracelet from this pharmacy and it gave me an allergic reaction. Let me state that I have never had an allergic reaction before.Furthermore,when I returned to this shady pharmacy to return it they had the audacity to charged me a 20% return fee. Since that was it enough they did not have one once of shame to put the bracelet right it front of me to be re-sell at the original retail price that I purchased it without even sanitizing it first.When I asked why the 20% fee since the reason is due to their product I did not received a proper explanation just that this was the policy.I guessed I am expected to keep the item that gave me an allergic reaction. The lack of sympathy for the type of business they run is undesirable for a person in need to experience.I also asked to speak with the supervisorabout this and no one wanted to talk to me as the person in charge continued to run the business from the office and sending the same person to state that that's the policy as if I did not hear it the first time.AFTER SOME RESEARCH I FOUND THE SAME ITEM ON AMAZON FOR $39.99 AND WHOLE SALE FOR LESS THAN $13 DOLLARS. THE SAME ITEM THAT THEY SELL FOR $80 AND IF IT IS THROUGH INSURANCE THEY BILL THE INSURANCE OVER $200.00.Stop giving your business to scam artists that steal your money and sell you garbage !Worst customer service ever.

Great service depends on who is serving you, I went twice there for my mom orthopedic shoe , the First Lady was good , but the Second Lady who served us was very helpful, kind , and professional, unfortunately I don’t remember the name . They have parking on the side which is great, so far so good .Tune for an update.

Hmmm, this place is sooo sketchy & disorganized.The Receptionist sounded like she is dead or something. She was so unfriendly & unenthusiastic to be there.Then she just transferred me somewhere without telling me why or where.The phone rang for soooo long, I had to hang up & call back.The unenthusiastic Receptionist picked up again & immediately began to instruct me to: "just wait until someone picks the call."At which I told her (a) LISTEN, (b) which dept or person was she transfering me to & (c) whom will I be talking to on the transfer?She insubstantially responded that I should just wait to talk to the "Medical Supply" dept.Waited awhile, then someone finally picked up the phone in the Medical Supply department.Sadly, the lady was WORSE than the Receptionist.I mentioned to her why I was driving (90 miles) to their store. At which she responded - hmmm.I then asked if I could get a name to present to my Insurance - which is when she instantly got evasive & sketchy.So I asked for the manager, to which she said the manager wasn't there. I pointed out that I don't need the manager present, I just need her name - she immediately hung up on me.I called back three times & they kept hanging up.===That was when I revisited my option of driving 90 mins to a place that sketchy & disorganized.===So sad cos they are one of the few medical supply stores that accepts my insurance.Just wish I can speak to a Sensible, Polite & Professional person before driving 90 miles to Paterson.

This pharmacy is the best they help the same day o went on I am a cancer patient just had surgery for my breast and I couldn’t believe how fast service I got for a special bra for cancer patients the staff is so awesome and they are very very good people they made me cry with happiness I will definitely recommend

Not long ago I went to this place in a hurry needing some equipment for my Mother. As I walked in I was treated by nice people who then directed me to the adequate department. The staff who came out to help me was very professional and empathetic. Overall, this is a place I’d recommend to those in need of their services; the speedy staff made for a hustle free process.
