After new management took over, there have been significant improvements to their store. Feraz went above and beyond to help my girlfriend and me find the perfect couch and matching dining table set. Not only did we get a much better price compared to other furniture stores, but he also arranged delivery and assembly, saving us a lot of hassle. We were referred by a family friend who had a similar positive experience, and now we're happy to say we're loyal customers too

DO NOT BUY anything from this store, they are irresponsible, they always have a story to not give you products you already paid for. They are a scam and if they deliver something from your order something is always missing, please don't waste your money there

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Biggest scammers. Scummy tactics, and false, fake furniture is brought. Asked for an Ashley bed set… got some fake brand, weeks after promised delivery, and that’s only cuz they were being hounded by me. These people are crooks, explains a lot.. It’s Paterson. Do not come here please. And if you’re scammed already, report them to the OAG website.

I have purchased furniture from this company because it was recommended to me. The couches I ordered were nice but I was still on the fence about my purchase so they offered a few freebies to go along with my purchase. I thought about and decided to buy. When the furniture arrived, none of the freebies was on the truck nor did the drivers know anything about it. I called and they told me I can pick them up. So I go to the store and all of sudden the area rug that was promised, was not there. They told me they had to order it. Needless to say after a month and many phone calls, there is still no area rug. Be aware of this company. They will make you an offer that seems to good to be true but does not follow through with it. Needless to say, I have to purchase additional furniture but they will not get anymore of my business.

This place is not recommended, the man who treated me very kindly told me that the next day they would bring the bed with the furniture and the armchair to my house, I called him next and they told me that I had to wait and they would call me back
In the end I waited two weeks and when they brought my things I was missing the mirror that was included in the furniture they told me to go look for it the following week I took the receipt and they told me that it had not arrived in a few words they acted misunderstanding further
My waste of time and money with these people

These guys are the worst I would give them zero star if possible. They took my payment for furniture and said will be delivered the following week it has been over six months and still no progress. I filled a lawsuit against them. Terrible Terrible don't waste your money

The furniture was very good but the customer service was exceptionally bad! Items were paid for in full at the time of purchase. Could not get them to deliver the merchandise on the dates promised. No one knew nothing. I made way too many visits to the store to get them to do so. Excuse after excuse! A extremely frustrating experience not to be repeated! Run and take your $$$$ business elsewhere!
