Yes, many people come here because they are cheap. But it is very wrong for them to look at people with such derogatory eyes. And I also want to say that there are a total of 9 cash registers there, but only 3 cash registers work on Sunday. And the people working at that cash register also work very, very slowly. I hope they deserve the money they earned there.

The store itself is in nice condition but you can tell they are super understaffed. A 20 minute wait to buy one shirt is ridiculous. At other burlingtons they let you keep the hangers, but the sales cashier associate Nancy refused. Then I had to tell her to take off the security device on my one other item…. Then I noticed I was being charged 30¢ cents and when I addressed the concern, not sure what happened or what she did on the pos but then I was able to make my purchase with the correct amount being displayed. She did not take my phone number as well so my receipt could be saved.They also fake that the bathroom is out of service as I witnessed employees go use them.

This store looks worse than low class thrift stores. Everything looks like it was set up by a bunch of 2 year olds. Very disrespectful employee's! I will never shop there again.......I just went in there again and it was the same way. (9-18-23) Same complaint and when I went to an employee to ask a question, she just told me to look for it by myself! No consistent placement of merchandise! Terrible store!

Bad customer service....One female employee was talking on phone (loud) complayning that she was there (the dressing room) thanks to me, a real disgrace, that I was wasting her time.....I noticed that she prefers to be walking around the store flirting with other male employeees.Me: A customer trying some clothes that will spend $$$$, I never returned back to that location thanks to that employee.Suggestion: Please hire responsible people, not teens with bad attitude.

I am very upset at the way we the shoppers of Paterson are treated, at my recent visit to this store location. First there was not enough staff at the registers customers having to spend more than a hour in line to cash out their items. The bathroom was very poorly maintained which is an understatment as you can see from pictures.. This is unacceptable to have customers shopping under these conditions.regeatorsregisters

Very bad customer service, the metal detector to sensible, the store is a mess, Managers and Loss prevention very unprofessional. The loss prevention guys all of them were high as the space. Where is the Distric Manager of this Burlington!!!?? I work for the retailing industry and I never ever seen a messed up store as this one in all my years working as a retail associate.

I rate 1 star but if there was a -99 thas the real rate for this location, this is abuse and de 1% positive is for the poor staff that overwork here trying every day to do the best but is imposible feel this good employee you take more than 1 hour during the checkout just because are only to cashiers. Please if the owner of this store doesn't know about customer service just leave this to another person who can offer a better service.

Horrible place. Have great stuff. Good prices. No cashiers. 2 theres 40 peoplr in line. Its like that everyday. Need more cashierd. Marshalls has 8 or 9. Its ridiculous. Cant shop thete. Only get hour for lunch. I cant be the only one saying this. Come on man. PleasePleaseI'nonever seen

This store is terrible. It has such beautiful things and have tried to purchase multiple times but unfortunately they never have enough registers open. If they don’t start hiring soon I don’t think this store will last long here. It’s losing out on ALOT of money. People want to purchase but without the hassle of being in line for an hour.

Terrible experience 36 ppl in front of me and and about 20 behind me. Its 3 registers open and 5 or 6 employees just walking around straighten clothes. It's taking atleast 5 mins on every customer. This is terrible donot come here if you dont wanna wait in like for over 30 mins

Came here to get a luggage waited in line for over an hour because they only had one register open ! They had employees just walking around not helping the cashiers !! It’s ridiculous. So sad they really need to do better in here it’s so sad and depressing. They need better management.

Nobody at the register, had to wait 30 minutes to pay for something. This is ridiculous.
