I was calling to check an item but reluctant to help. She said they didn’t have system to check item by number. While I have called couple of other locations they help me . I found the item I look for and bought it.

The store manager is a supremely rude person, they denied bathroom service to a girl and when she complained to them they were rude, the cashiers made fun of my parents, taking advantage of the fact that they do not speak English. Furthermore, when paying, no one wanted to assist them and we had to leave with the purchases in hand because they did not want to sell us a bag. Terrible attention.

They have nice things out of stock a lot.Though. Long long lines! Staff go into other things even though the slot lies along and there are a lot of customers waiting. Which makes their customer service terrible.

My name is Lisa they treat the new people bad they leave them there and yell at them and they just needed help also Selena and a girl Jada always on the phone or talking to boys unprofessional. Do not recommend this store.

Terrible attention From the cashier named Selena ? because she was on her cell phone talking to a family member, she began to throw the clothes into the bag without arranging them. We ask her to please give us the clothes so we can fold them and be the ones to correctly arrange the clothes in the bag. bag so she doesn't get mistreated ?♀️but she refused, speaking to us in a contemptuous way, she didn't even greet us when we got to her ?definitely a very bad experience.

no star in the only way to review or write something they have a long line and keep loosing customer we have to go to the bathroom on the 2nd floor and come back to #3 floor to paint to aee if we find the items.

the place to shop ?you can find a lot of clothes in here some of them with good price if you are lucky you can find really good clothes.They do have good sales, but it is hard to find unless you are able to find what you are looking for with time or within a while. If it's not all day looking for items.Please clean up the place and be more organized. So more people will come.Lines are very long and they move fast or slow. So do not let the lines stop you.Be careful and Please do not leave your belongings, valuables... unattended.Please keep a eye on your kids. Please understand and this is due to safety.Please do not let your kid(s) go on own, unattended. If that's the case, whether or not there is a sign at the entrance.Example: sending your kid(s) to buy at the store while you go to bank or somewhere else. They won't step into store because they are not older or 18 years old (and up) to shop on own.They will be asked to leave before even stepping a foot in there.
