If I could've given this place 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed in how I received my clothes , I would never recommend this place nor wash my clothes here again.
I have no idea where these employees learned to wash and fold but this was an absolute disgrace!
My clothes didn’t even smell like anything no detergent or softener, and if I had to supply my own that should’ve been mentioned . My socks are still completely dirty which makes me think did you even wash my clothes ? The folding is horribly done . They literally took my clothes wrap it between their hands and stuffed it in a bag .
My toddler could’ve done a better job.
Wash and Fold is a Service ! On top of paying the fee, I tipped your employees because of course I expected my clothes to be CLEAN and FOLDED . Now I have to go and wash these clothes again.

Who ever the old lady is that worked on Monther’s day 2023 needs to be fired. My boyfriend and I filled one of the big washers and at the end of the wash the machine went out of order and our clothes were dripping wet. The lady told us there was nothing she could do and “she only worked there” so we took our clothes out and put it in a cart only for the clothes to make a puddle on the floor. She demanded we clean up the mess with towels and refused to give us a mop and told us she would restart the washers. Once we set the towels down she left to smoke a cigarette and came back with an attitude because the floor was still wet and refused to restart our washers and called her grandsons to fight my boyfriend. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone again.

This is my go to spot, always clean and organized. The people running it are friendly and chill. Perfect spot to go and knock out the laundry.

Many dryers were out of order. Complete chaos. Took me 4 hours to wash and dry instead of 1 hour and 20 minutes. This is just my opinion and my recommendation
