On the next episode of "Congratulations, you played yourself.", here we have an establishment by the name of VIP/Boost City Electronics located on 189 Main Street in Paterson NJ. My moms cellphone was damaged by someone at this store. The phone was handed to the gentlemen in slide 4 for assistance with simply replacing the screen protector. My mom leaves the device with the store associate as she steps away for a moment (quick dental follow-up nearby). Upon her return to the store, they hand her her cellphone with the screen broken. They begin to debate, and disrespectfully claim my mom handed them a broken device. There are cameras in the location that will prove my mom's claim. My mom is waiting for the police to arrive so she can file a report for the damage to her phone done by these ruthless associates. Please take note of this establishment and the treatment she received before conducting any business with them. She will be taking them to court. #vipboostcityelectronics

These people try and get away with damaging your belongings and say it was brought in this way. We came to bring a phone to get the screen protector changed, came back to pick it up and that's how it looked. They also called my mother every name in the book, yelled in her face. Horrible establishment and customer service. Never again will I or should anyone else do business with them.
