Location: Clean and well lit.Request: Windshield wiper.Associate waited for me to provide my car information. Looked up the part, brought a wiper and explained how to attach it. Also assisted when he saw I was still in the parking lot trying to figure it out. Very polite and professional at all times. Note: During a snow storm.

The Hispanic hippopotamus looking parts advisor associate is so rude and racist. She ignores customers and attends to only the Hispanic customers. I was waiting for 15 minutes in line to pay for something while other customers came in after me and she went out of her way to help them. When she wasn’t with anyone she was constantly on the phone texting and talking to her baby daddy. Disgusting and should be fired.

Worst service, they never can help you, only sell and that’s it..... for me I’m not buy anymore ?
