These guys rock! Reasonable prices and quick shipping. I had to call to ask some questions about the part. I was able to get right through and the gentleman I spoke with was honest and transparent. We had a candid conversation about shipping companies and how it appears to be the "battle for who could care less". The part fit and worked perfectly! The OEM part cost was over $400 and these guys charged $100 - quite the savings especially because they were only one of a handful of vendors who actually had it. One of the best spots to pick up Audi parts. Guys are great, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for used parts Auto Haas needs to be at the top of your list.

It was terrible drove 45 min into an hour and a half drive to pick up a side window that was supposed to be ready the next day I called and they said they can't get the part that was supposed to be ready for me. Very bad customer service
