I would take the 30-45 minute drive when max & Ashley were there and after they left, I was comfortable with Liz doing my nails. This past week, I went for hands and feet & while l waited for Liz, another woman takes me, who’s on the phone the whole time. Normally, I wouldn’t mind but I had to stop her conversation to tell her HOW I WOULD LIKE TO BE SERVICED FOR WHAT IM PAYING FOR. For one, I’m not Hispanic so I asked the young boy working to translate for me the shape IM PAYING FOR, and of course you have your nail techs that don’t like to be told or critiqued about anything. I wouldn’t have said anything if she properly prepped my nails like she called it a “process” in Spanish. She skipped cleaning the cuticles, applied acrylic all over my cuticles to give it a “clean look”, and completely changed the shape before telling the boy “if she doesn’t like it tell her I’ll stop and she can go someplace else” YOU DONT HAVE TO TELL ME TWICE!!!! There are too many places and independent nail techs in the industry to get treated disrespectfully and feel unwelcomed because you don’t speak Spanish and ask for WHAT YOU LIKE…. I absolutely left and found perfectionists and professionalism at Alba nails & beauty lounge within walking distance. Same prices and a way more of a welcoming auraWORK OF ALBA NAILS & BEAUTY LOUNGE

Crystal M. Is my gal for giving me a mani and pedi every 3-4 weeks. Her work is committed to perfection. I purchase gift cert.for holidays, birthday etcMy appt. Is right on time. I always feel like a complete person when Crystal M is finished.she is a 5 stars performer. Give her a call.

They do amazing nails, just make sure you have some time to spend there even if you have an appointment. All of the girls are very sweet, and I never leave hating my nails. Always a great job. Lulu is my favorite

My experience at this salon was the most horrible experience I ever had at a salon! They refused to do my daughters nails cause she did not SPEAK SPANISH! After explaining to the lady that my daughter was upset cause she didn’t understand her. The lady told me to “ take my kid somewhere that speaks ENGLISH “. This is not right . They also have bugs crawling everywhere and flies! And she made my daughter wait 45 mins to turn her down My daughter left crying! Never coming again l!

I am new to the area, I barely even walked in and a man shouted “no! I have no one! ” at me. They all stared at me as I let go of the door in embarrassment. I do not recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Made an appointment and it didn’t matter. They gave 5 people the same appointment time. DON’T RECOMMEND. Things were wayyy better when alex was around. Max is so rude.

I love this place. It's always like a party going on with everyone in a great mood. Very accommodating and polite. My nails have never lifted after getting my nails done even after 2 months in quarentine!!! I had to soak them off.
