I don’t recommend bringing your car here. My local dealership sent my 2019 Lexus to this body shop after it was involved in an accident. Was unable to get an update from them about when my car would be ready for six weeks, When they finally told me the car was ready I went to go pick it up and the car CLEARLY had used parts, they were scratched and dented and looked worse than they did when I dropped the car off. I expressed how dissatisfied I was with the service, they asked me to bring the car back in and they will fix all my concerns, as well as give me a rental car. When I arrived to drop off the car Walter (who i’m told is the owner of the shop) was not there so I had to put down my own credit card for the rental car and told Walter he would just have to walk down to the rental location when he had a free moment to put his company card down. When my car was ready to picked up, it still had used parts and I was told that the parts needed were backordered and they would let me know when the parts came in. That was six months and I haven’t heard back from them, and I’ve also found out that Walter did NOT hold up his end of the bargain, and did not pay for the rental car, so I was charged ANOTHER $300 on top of not having my car fixed. This place is a scam, do not bring your vehicles here unless you want subpar service.

Arrow fixed my 2017 Mercedes CLA250 lease. Had 6k in damage from my wife T boning a guy making an illegal turn. They dealt with the insurance adjuster when they found items the adjuster had missed. They did a great job. Also my parents live on a busy street and bad drivers are always hitting their cars when parked. They always bring them to Arrow for repair. No hassles and always great work.

They did an awesome job on my Caddy! Matched the color perfectly. I was very concerned because of the amount of metallics In this paint. Black Diamond is a rare color from GM only offered of the Cadillac. Nobody would ever know the front bumper was replaced, they matched it flawlessly! I couldn't be happier with the color, perfect fit, and fast turn around time. Thanks a million!!

Very reasonable prices. My car was in a minor accident and my husband found Aarow's through another mechanic we do business with. They held my car until I was able to get it fixed and I didn't charged me any storage fees. My car was sitting there for at least 2 months until i received the money to have them fix it. Walter the owner is the best, very professional, and understanding. I would recommend Aarow Auto Body.

This is terrible I will never bring car here.. The service horrible the body man name Alex is garbage and he don't understand English.. And they will get another dime out of me again and the worst experience ever!!!!!! If they are have a negative star I would give them five!!!!
