Terrible service. I sent an order to Mendoza, Argentina on December 10, she assured me that it would leave on the 18th and arrive in Mendoza on December 21, before Christmas. Very bad experience. I called to check on the status of my shipment which was supposed to been shipped but called to find out only half of the items were already in Peru but not the rest. Owner answered me and told me by Thursday the rest should be there and be able to pick it up. Which I told her you guys should’ve told me that it will be shipped separately. She said the guy took your items you need to talk to him not me. I said I know he did but you as the “owner” “manager” “in charge person” should speak with him and tell him to be very specific with the customers since they will call and come at her for something that he did. And you want your workers to be on the same page as you. She said “don’t tell me what to do” and hung up the phone on me. Very rude, if you’re tired, bored of your job… hire someone else to be more polite. I though she was going to have another attitude with me but very rude for no reason rude because she didn’t do my order all I wanted was for her to speak with her worker and just to remind him to tell the customer the true and how is being shipped so for next time I can know or other customers could know. Very rude I would never go back there.
