This place is a home run. Yes it's a scratch and dent type of place but on a washer or dryer it does not matter as much. They have high end brands at fairly low prices. Totally worth checking out.

Went into the store and the staff super amazing and informative, a great selection, honest about the conditions of the appliances. They run full diagnostics on all of their appliances and they warranty everything they sell.

I had an excellent expereience here. Richard was always courteous, patient, and accurate in his descriptions. Because I bought a "scratch and dent" , I was concerned and he took extra time and extra photos to be sure I knew exactly what I was buying. Prices were fair. He recommended a delivery service ( I live out of state) that was efficient, affordable, and communicative. I highly recommend All Major Appliances.

We purchased a scratch and dent Blue Star Range from All Major Appliances a week ago. We couldn't be happier. The store is a warehouse with appliances stacked 15" high. The range was dented, just as advertised, but was new. A few screws were missing and a grate piece from the middle was gone. But for the price, how could I say no? We got the range home and with a trip to the hardware store, the missing screws were replaced. Richard (I think he is the owner) ordered the missing grate pieces that were over $100 and had them shipped directly to my home. If you are in the market for a high end appliance, don't mind some scratches or dents and would like to save 50% or more, you should definitely check out All Major. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I had know about his place a few years ago.

If you want a fridge you can hear all the way upstairs you’ve found your place. Installing dishwashers to cold not hot. Ice maker doesn’t work and they take ZERO responsibility. RUN AWAY. They promised to take back the brand new dishwasher and it still sitting in my porch. Now I have to call BBB. I’ll change this review if anyone gets back to me.

Horrible! RUN. appliances don't last a year. Every refrigerator is LOUD and has some issue. Then when you call to resolve they ignore you repeatedly and blame you for not resolving within the year Warranty. Even when you have repeated text, emails and phone records. RUN AWAY. TRUST ME YOU WILL SAVE NOTHING.

Bought several appliances. Most of them had issues. The 'technician' couldn't resolve any of them either, despite giving several chances.The washer machine makes loud hitting noises when spinning shortly after we bought.The dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes since the beginning.The refrigerator has a gas leak. The technician only filled the gas, but didn't fix the leak. After 2 years, the refrigerator needed freon again. The 'technician' only filled the gas again, and didn't fix the leak, again.I'm out with 3 thousand dollars. I want my refund.The 'quiet' bosch dishwasher works very loudly after two years (and still doesn't dry) I had to pay the technician to check them and he didn't even 'figure out any issues, let alone fixing them. What kind of a technician is this?I want my refund. For now, avoid this place at all costs.

Old lady will “Salam” you up and down but calls you an A-hole in Spanish. It’s a common language. Most of us are fluent in it. Whoops.Next time - at least wait for the customer to leave before cussing them out. Have some courtesy at your wise old age to show respect and decency to others. Especially when you are in the wrong. And especially after greeting them with ASALAMU ALAIKUM WA RAHMATULLAHI WA BARAKATU. Do you know what this greeting means? It certainly doesn’t mean curse people out after using it.However - How are we the A-holes when you throw up brand names at us regarding our downdraft then send us some piece of used garbage for the same price we could get said garbage - brand new - in a sealed box? And then deny ever saying those brand names. Wow. The audacity.Don’t use islam to find common grounds with your consumers and then scam them. It’s distasteful.We are otherwise satisfied with the oven (which we wisely decided to purchase brand new). The dishwasher we have yet to test. Working on the other vent to see how we can get the duct to sit flush against the draft as they gave us the wrong duct.The one star is mainly for the wolf in sheep’s clothing act. Either be a nasty sales person or be a nice one. Don’t come at me with a long peaceful greeting then backbite.

They had a lot of appliances except for the one I was looking for. Top load washer. The prices were okay. You had a negotiate to get a good price. I ended up going somewhere else.

My husband and I went looking for a digital range and found one immediately. Idis came to help with product info and stats-she was knowledgeable, friendly and gave great customer service-she was taking time away from her lunch to attend to us-the saying, the customer comes first is true at this establishment. The appliance-brand new, never used had all the literature/model #, and gave 1 year in house warranty for the appliance should anything go awry. ??The transaction was quick and even gave us side tip on personal note-not related to purchase. ?The men who loaded our Jeep were pleasant and made sure to secure/plastic wrapped the range & we were good to go.Thank you for the service & advice, will certainly be returning.
