My appointment was for 4pm I didn't get a door till about 6pm and was out by 10pm. Never coming here again. They take too long to load you

Arrived and got a dock right away. Swept trailer out and was loaded within the hr. I took I80E to exit 60, 20 N...turned left on grimes then left on 5th... turned left just past tracks on wait then right on 6th and parked on curb...drivers entrance on 6th...Overall good experience for pick up. 6.18.24

We've always had the best luck at this facility. Very friendly people, and we were loaded in a smidge over an hour. Appointment range was 5am to 8pm; arrived by 6:30pm & loaded with paperwork by 7:45.

If you got inbound delivery you could check within doors 1 or 14 it’s a calling box only receiving 0800 hrs , if you picking up a load check doors 8, 9 . 10 nearby 6th street, opens at 0700 you could overnight parking, good day my friends,

Good place to pickup. Best way into is via exit 60 from east bound 80. Follow route 20 north. Best to get in left lane early, right lane closed in two areas. Just before 5th Ave, take left up a little access road to Home Depot, to light, swing wide and turn left up the hill. Follow to shipper on left. Follow end of street around corner and make a left. Shipping side of building on left. Can park on street overnight. Not much room. Easier to park on 6th Ave, make a left onto Wait st. At railroad before the building, and turn right onto 6th Ave and park on right along curb.

We been doing pick up for over a year now and they are always very professional and 1 to 2 hrs to get loaded.

Arrived at 1:15 p.m. In comformation 13:00-17:00. There was one local track in the door. They loaded him, they started loading me. 4 more trucks arrived... They stopped loading me. I'm sitting and watching how they got stuck, they left. I come to them, they excuse me that I have an appointment at 4:00 p.m. At 1:30 p.m., they didn't mind starting to load? About half of the trailer was loaded. 2 more tracks arrived, they were also quickly uploaded... It seems that they specifically decided to make fun. They think that my log book is unlimited. I already have driving time. There is no overnight parking here. Now 17:05 is still unloaded. I see that my grandfather loaded the track in the 11 dock, once or twice and that's it. Well done grandfather. And I am loaded by some very "fast" person. I'm standing here in the middle, I saw him once. It feels like he is driving pallets to New York on a forklift.P.S. The green light was given at 17:45...

I found some spruce trees, there are very narrow streets along the road, but you can find it, shipping office on 6th ave.. by the way, the trailer should be clean
