Worst pharmacy/Walgreens I’ve ever been to. First the shelves are always a mess secondly the pharmacists are never in on time. This is the closest one to my house so I sent my prescriptions over yesterday, but apparently they didn’t have time to fill it. Makes no sense as they were open for another hour and a half but didn’t have the time to fill my scripts. They’re both breathing meds. Now today I go in at 9:20am they opened at 9Am. Apparently there’s no pharmacist in yet! Huh you opened a half hour ago and there’s no pharmacist in?? Seriously clearly you need to hire people who are going to actually show up for their job on time. I’m sitting here inside Walgreens desperately needing my inhaler and there’s nobody here. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDS ASAP. They clearly don’t have their stuff together.

One the absolute worst stores ever! I went to pick up my prescription that was ready a day or two before. There were a good bit of people there to either get a COVID shot or to pick up prescriptions. I went to the register which was about the only place to stand. When I finally was recognized, I told one of the people that I was there for a pickup. She asked my name and never returned. Then one of the ladies at the register called a customer over to sign but tells him to go to the register I was standing at. She did not ask me to please move or anything. She acted as though I was not even standing there. Then when I say something, she says how he was there before me. I told her I knew all of that but she could have asked me to move before just sending someone in my space. After about 20 minutes of waiting, they rang up my prescription along with an over the counter medicine but there was another issue. The 2nd prescription wasn't ringing up. Then when it did, it was coded for the other one. Which was another issue. Finally got it all corrected, I paid and decided to look to see if there was candy on sale since it was after Halloween. I picked up 2 bags of snacks and went to the register. The Hispanic girl at the register rang the items up. I proceeded to open my bag so she could put them in instead of using a new bag. She then reached in my bag and pulls out the over the counter medicine and questions if I paid for it. I asked her, why would I have it in the bag if I didn't pay for it while showing my receipt. She then totals it and I pay. She then slings the receipt on the counter and I tell her that she will place it in my hand. She did and I left out. When I got in my car I called the store for a manager but no one picked up. I went back in to speak to a manager and she said that she was a manager and the only one there. I asked her if she usually treated customers like she did me and as for her manager's name. She didn't tell me the full name so when I asked, she says it is on the door. I told her that I didn't ask her that and again asked his name, which she said. I then asked what her name was. She of course Said it with an attitude and had the nerve to ask me if she wanted me to spell it. Then she asked me why did I even come back and how she has a line. I left and called in to do the survey which said I would get a call back but never did. So I hope someone sees this and responds. This is not the first time she acted in an unprofessional manner but I let it go but not again! Something needs to be done. I am sure I am not the only one who has been disrespected by her.

The people that work in the pharmacy department are so slow I’ve waited an hour when she told me 30 minutes I wouldn’t recommend picking up your prescription here at all. It’s not the first time I’ve been sitting there for a while waiting. I even took my time getting there this time and still. I kept asking if it’s ready kept saying no and then when it was ready she gave me an attitude. I work in customer service and let me tell you this one is not good.

Friendly staff. Just wish they had more than one cashier since lines do get pretty long but besides that. Clean and very organized.Pharmacists are very helpful and patient with all their costumers.

Beware, do NOT park your car on their parking lot unless you're doing business at this establishment. Even if it's for less than five minutes.I parked my car on their parking lot for a pick up of food order placed earlier via phone across the street at Los Paisas. When I come back (after about five minutes or less) to my car, I see that a towing company (Raineri's) has my car hooked up and ready to leave. I asked the fella of the towing company what's the reason and he replied that I'm doing business elsewhere that's not at Walgreens Pharmacy which is understood. However, the establishment was not opened yet for business (Google Maps says open daily at 9:00 a.m.) and this happened after 8:00 a.m.The fella showed empathy and put my car down and released it along with a warning to not park again there unless I was doing business with this establishment whom I thanked sincerely. Another car that was a few lines down from me seconds later was being hooked up for towing as I was leaving from this parking lot.Better off risking a parking ticket than towing fees.

Veey poor customer service, staff doesn't seem to care to help cuatomers. If I was able to give zero stars, I would. Staff always chatting while there's a line of people to get help. Need to set priorities first!

Somehow it made no difference that it was bought by Walgreens, same poor customer service as when it was Rite Aid. Dirty store, empty shelves, short staffed, line is always super long. I wonder if all this is because it is situated in a poor area, the other Walgreens in other towns are nice and neat; nothing compared to this one

I bought a gift card here and didn’t work, I went back and told them and they told me to leave my information and that they will call me in two days. I went a month later to go check because they still hadn’t called me, and they told me that I was not the first person to complain. They told me to wait a couple a days. It’s been 4 months and still nothing
