Great service by Elmo, his wife and their mechanic who replaced my Nissan Pathfinder bumper. I would most definitely recommend them and I would most definitely use their shop again. Support small minority owned businesses.

Bill the owner is not only such a such a nice guy but he fixed my car! I bought my VW at Carmex in FL. The day I drove it off the lot it said WARNING: ENGINE OFF. My car was then at Carmax while they tried to figure out what's wrong for 186 days. They even sent it to a VW Specialist who couldn't figure out what was wrong. I moved here and took it to the VW dealership and the mechanics have "never seen that before". Mind you three years later, this issue was never fixed. Luckily with Carmax I have a warranty so, that is how I ended up at World Automotive Transmissions II. Bill and Carl fixed my other problem which is why I originally came in and he figured out how to get the beeping/warning message off!!! Let me tell you if you had a car that made 3 beeping sounds and a warming coming up on your dash, you would be very annoyed as well. I could not believe he fixed the problem! I am so happy with the job they did and the customer service they gave. He updated me every step of the way. I cannot thank him enough! I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here!
