I don’t know what the complaints are but, the lady I spoke on the phone was nice and help me get my packages delivered. I know they are bad working people here but, the person I’ve spoken told me not too worry and I will sort it out. She did her job and everything got delivered. Thanks for the generosity and help usps.

Two times I called with a package issue and both times they were actually very nice and helpful so 5 stars from me.
