I’m trying to understand why the lady with the blonde hair is so unprofessional. I’m also trying to understand why she would call my aunt to start drama after she already gave bad service and doesn’t not accommodate paying customers! What kind of service is this? Please do better!

I went for my godmother birthday party and the place was nice but the people running it is another story the food was another story firstly I feel as if the person is paying for food they should have the food out for more the just 1hour they literally rushed us to the food part and if you wanted seconds no because they pack it up and take it in the back there’s guest that got they later and weren’t able to eat which sucks.

OUR FOOD AND DRINKS WHERE REMOVED AGAINST OUR WILL NOT EVEN HALF OUR GUESS HAD EATEN. DRINKS AND BEVERAGES THAT WE PROVIDER WENT MISSING AND NEVER SEEN AGAIN ONES WE HANDED TO YOUR STAFF.THE WOMAN MANAGING THIS PLACE WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE BEING RUDE TO OUR FAMILY, BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO LET THEM EAT.THE REFUSED YOU ANY SUGESTIONS FROM THE BIRTHDAY PERSON. WE HAD TO TAKE MOST FOODS AND CAKE HOME, BECAUSE IT WAS HORRIBLY DISTRIBUTED.There DO NOT COMMUNICATE AND DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH YOUR EVENT.PLEASE BELIEVE THE BADS REVIEWS. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE???BEAUTIFUL PLEASE, HORRIBLE ????????MANAGEMENT.?????

Hi, my daughter had her sweet 16 here,everything went amazing the place is really pretty and really big everyone had fun and it was so spacious it allowed for everyone to dance .The food was amazing everyone loved it ,it was so savory and good .Despite this the staff was very helpful through out the night making every one feel welcome . Wilma and her staff were the best they made us feel like family. They even helped my daughter get ready in a separate room and accommodated her super well , we all had fun and everything went perfectly.Thank you so much for everything ,thank you to Wilma and all the staff that was there to help.Theres nothing bad to say this was an awesome experience with awesome people to help with the process. I recommend the Garden Vista Ballroom 100% and I will continue to use it !!Thank you so much to you guys I appreciate it☺️??

I just had my wedding at Garden Vista Ballroom this past Saturday 11/4 and from the moment we sat down to speak with the staff we knew it was meant to be! After a disaster with our first venue and being on roller skates to find a new venue, long and behold we found Garden Vista Ballroom, with a month to spare we fell in love when we toured it, put down the deposit and never looked back. Wilma, James, Maria and Sylvia were exceptional is hearing our wants and needs, communicating via phone, email, or text, and super attentive. The level of care and passion the staff has for what they do radiates! The food is out of this world! Over all a 10/10 experience. My only negative is that the night ended and it went by so quickly! If you are looking for a stressfree, seamless, events with staff who care about your event, this is the place to be!

I booked The Garden Vista for my daughters Sweet 16 and had such a memorable experience. The event space worked out perfectly. The room was set up to our liking and space was made available for any extra decor that we wanted to bring in. The colors were an exact match on linen to my daughters theme. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the night ran smoothly. A special thanks to Jim, who was there from the very beginning and very attentive to my needs, wants and likes. Silvia, who made sure every last detail was handled. Maria, for being the calmness that my daughter needed and making sure she knew exactly what to expect without any surprises. I am glad I chose The Garden Vista for my event and highly recommend them. Will also use them again in the future!!!!

Garden Vista is a great place to have a party. The staff are very professional and helpful. I've been to several parties at Garden Vista never disappointed. Always clean. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

We hosted my Dad’s 60th birthday here and had a blast. From planning , to day of event , Silvia was awesome ! She was always a phone call, text or email away. So glad we found this gem in NJ. Jim the owner , was also very kind/helpful . Would certainly book this place again.

Lately there's been new residents that recently moved to the building and now there's roaches in the apartments. Must've come inside their electric equipments...they really need to eliminate them professionally and for good, otherwise it's not a good place to live or to rent the hall anymore ?
