WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !! NOT ONLY DID HE GET AFGRESSIVE HE ALSO CALLED ME HER A FRAUD !!! HE WAS INFONT OF MULTIPLE CUSTOMER AND SHE WAS ONLY DOING AN UPGRADE , HE GAVE HER a hard time. How do you want to work in customer service and treat someone like that with out knowing them and definitely calling her ugly names like fraud when she had tmobile proof. His name is Michael and his crew members that scared me out the store with threats because everybody has a right if they feel threathed to give a report. Wouldn't go back to this tmobile location again !!!

Worse customer service in the world should teach them better!! I was there the employee told me not to tell them how to do their job!. If you knew how to do your job.. 1st thing in business the customer is always right! You guys need to do better ( employee name is IRIS)

The worst customer service I have ever seen. No technological knowledge, no manners of handling customer requests. Like I ask for receipt and proof of transaction, answer no, then ask why? Response, I didn’t know!!? I don’t recommend any person to even think of going to this place.

i’m usually hesitant to come to stores to ask for help with my phone when i’m having an issue, most times it feels like i am not heard or the issue isn’t fixed. i met Michael at this location and got a total new experience. he was attentive, patient, and highly knowledgeable. he had an answer for every question i had and made it very easy to understand. i’m planning on upgrading phones for my family soon, i will be coming back directly to michael as i am sure it will be another great experience. great location, great representative. highly recommend!
