No one responds to emails for 3 weeks . They said they give you a free returns. If you are not satisfied do you have up to 30 days well if they don't respond back which is what they don't do they don't wanna give you the money back . I used PayPal who also did not follow thru enough and I had to keep emailing seller and contacting PayPal who decided since I didn't hear from the seller, the seller wins, and I lose my money . I'll never buy anything from this company again mobile I ever use PayPal to represent me stick with Amazon. Much better company.

If I can give it no stars I would. From. The moment I walked in I didn't get asked if I needed help so with that being said I was looking around me and my daughter found a dress we like and the owner quickly came over to say the dress was sold. It was on the rack so how are we suppose to know what's sold and what isn't wouldn't buy from them even if it's the last store open.

The two people who run this place have a very bad attitude, they are the owners and yet they don't care about providing good customer service, I don't understand why have a business that they don't like, I saw all the comments and I agree with all of them. In my case I went with my daughter and she measured two dresses which were not her size, I asked if I could order her size and they told me no, it was already 6:30 and they closed at 7, I asked the owner What time they opened the next day and she responded very rudely that she didn't know. What? What response was that?Better that they close that place if they don't like their work, what a sad life they must lead.

Very pleasant experience, the manager was very helpful we found a dress my daughter liked for her sweet 16 she was able to try it on to see how it would fit and look on her. We placed our order in her size and got her dress in a timely manner. Will definitely go back.

This place refused to serve me because we are Muslims. I came in with my mother and sister in law who wear the hijab and the man (owner) refused to great us, help us, or look in our direction. When I took a dress to try on into the dressing room he snatched it out of my hands and said this isn’t what I was looking for.

The worst place to go buy a dress, I went with my mother-in-law, she found a dress, the man said, No, and he still rudely asks me where I got some dresses. I JUST CAME IN AS I WAS GOING TO TAKE DRESSES, to which I replied, I DON'T KNOW. THAT'S YOUR JOB, And I kept looking at him in a bad way. My mother-in-law told me that the man was looking at him in a bad way, so I stopped him and he thought that he didn't speak English and he commented “YES THAT DRESS DON'T EVEN FIT” AND I told him. .
First of all, I speak English. Second, it is your job to serve people well if you want to get paid.
Third, Continue with your comments and my hand doesn't feel heavy and I'll call the police. And the man, no matter how much I talked to him, my mother-in-law didn't even look at her, so we left. I DID LONG TO WARN HER, I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE... one per comments stupid and incoherent that because one speaks Spanish they think they can say things, and still treat them badly if one is going to buy not to borrow... if I could give them 0 I WOULD ASK TO BE GIVED!!

The owner is rude and does not want business. He refused to let my aunt try on a dress because he said that it would not fit her. He also laughed at how a dress looked on her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there to shop for a prom dress for my sister. They would not even let my sister try one on since it was too big, but i suggested we can just hold the back to see how it would look. Unbelievable. They said we either order the dress for her size or not try the one that they have. If it weren't for their attitude or looks that they gave us, we would have ordered even 2 dresses! I believe the 2 people there were the owners and truly unprofessional. Definitely need a new staff for this store!

Absolutely astonished at the treatment I received in this store. My daughter and I both went at different times and were treated horribly. I've never been more disgusted by the way the owner acted. My daughter went to buy a s16 dress and was treated terribly and left the store crying. She told my daughter she didn't fit in any of the dresses she was going to sell. I was disgusted but tried to smile being that my 15 year old daughter was so upset. She left feeling insecure and didn't even want to shop anymore. 3 weeks later I came back wanting to try and find myself a dress. I knew the treatment my daughter received but thought she was just in a bad mood and I could catch her on a better day. I walked in with my sister and was ignored many times by the lady despite my many attempts to make her focus. She then got angry with me and told me she didn't even know who the dress was for. I proceeded to say that it was for me and she rushed over to me with her measuring tape. She took my measurements and then went on to say she did not have a dress for me and I was too big for anything. My sister already fed up with her attitude decided to leave. This woman has definitely been the nastiest person I've ever seen to work in costumer service. Completely and utterly upset with the treatment and will never shop here again. The saddest thing is she has beautiful dresses and great prices but I refuse to give this woman my money with the treatment I have received. I'd rather spend 3x more money in another place where I am being treated better.
