While I have been very happy with PNC Bank, thus far, this particular branch is extremely problematic.
First and foremost, THERE IS NO DRIVE THROUGH SEVICE OF ANY KIND! The description claims to have a drive through, but it is completely sealed and closed off.
Secondly, the ATM is open to the street with ZERO security in place. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe, especially when 2 large males got in line behind me and stood a bit too close. I feel much better in the vestibule type ATMs that require an active debit card to enter.
The employees, when available, are incredibly nice. But I do believe they operate via appointment only. Walk ins are definitely discouraged.
So, in light of the unsafe ATM and lack of drive through options, I suggest skipping this branch if possible.

Walked in with no appointment and they took me immediately. Gary helped me out with a replacement debit card and I was out the door within 10 minutes.Amazing branch and great employees.

They don't do anything, they say go to ATM. No deposits, no withdrawals. Just close this branch if its useless. We could use Columbia bank at this location.

Very professional and helpful agents also very polite. Working with them was a pleasure. Im definitely calling them back if i need help with any bank issue i have or need another loan. It was painless fast and pleasurable experience. Thank You.

Terrible experience! Sign on the door states that atm deposits and withdrawls are preferred. However I was forced to deposit a check via Atm. I hate this, and have had issues with this service in the past! That sign on the door is a lie! It's one thing to say at use is preferred, this branch is forcing it upon customers. If I never come to this branch again, that would be too soon!

If I could give them negative stars I would. The employees are rude and down right disgusting. The one teller who was "helping" me had a chip on her shoulder and thought she was cute turning to her co-workers, speaking to them in Spanish. News flash! I understood you and you should be fired! They disrespected me and my mother, who is their client. As I was walking out, I told a woman at the ATM she should switch banks and she agreed. She concurred. Here's a tip, get people who know how to be nice and helpful to work at your bank.
