Terrible customer service ! Jackie is a manager and refused to help Me just approve a check (something that would've taken 10 seconds). I spent over half hour waiting for an approval for a certified check.

Worst customer service ever. My mom went to get her pnc app account fixed because there really was no other way to recover it. And the lady was rude as hell saying not everyone that works there has patience with these things to be helping about all the time. What type of customer service is this.
