“I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Health Care Pharmacy, Sreedhar and Diane. Their customer service is top-notch and deserves all of the recognition. I had a tough week trying to get my RX filled - amounting to numerous calls to the larger chains in multiple locations. The larger chains either hung up on me or had me on hold for extended periods of time. Feeling defeated, I sought help from my Clinician and the stars aligned - we found this gem of an establishment. Diane - took several of my phone calls and shared that she would call me back if anything changes. I thought it was a lost cause but still held out hope. To my surprise, she called me back within hours and I was able to resolve my refill within hours. The pick-up process was seamless and I cannot wait to do more business with this team. “Ive had bad experiences here a few years back but now that im settled in this area Ive been visiting here more frequently and the staff in the pharmacy specifically has been great for the most part. I love that there is a drive thru which is convenient being a mom with 2 little ones, its too much work to go anywhere. The store itself seems to have everything in stock. Im always tempted to order for pickup but thats where i had the bad experience so im on the fence about it.”
