This mattress brand was recommended by my chiropractor. I decided on their Solaire mattress. Shawn was very knowledgeable, helpful and terrific to deal with. The store is clean and bright. I’m looking forward to my mattress arriving.

Love this place. Shawn was a great help in directing us with picking mattresses, pillows, and a bed frame. We also got two rugs for great prices. Shawn is very knowledgeable about the products and a great guide without being pushy to purchase certain items. Great experience at Saatva!

Our salesman Shawn was outstanding every time we visited the store & tried out the beds. We like the 1 year return policy on the mattress. Same return policy the foundation ( box spring) and frame. Overall easy professional pleasant experience. .

Amazing place with very knowledgeable staff. I had ordered the classic luxury firm online without actually trying it out. Unfortunately I did not like it and was recommended the latex hybrid instead which was night and day better. Return and exchange was just a phone call and they delivered new one a week later. Thank you as I write this lying down on cloud 9.

Awesome, lovely people and so helpful! So glad we came in to try them. We thought we wanted one type and ended up with the latex hybrid instead. Fantastic mattress, feels just like the luxury hotel mattresses!

It was my first experience visiting the Saatva Design Center in Paramus and Denise Rd was professional and so attentive in providing me with personal service in helping me decide on the perfect mattress to suit my sleeping habits. Most sales associates are very pushy and annoying so it was such a refreshing experience and pleasure working with Denise today. All sales associates could learn from Denise what true customer service is. She is a wonderful asset to your company.
