This guy ( Federico) lives and breathes with his pets.. he's practically in the tank! It's sooo nice to hear from someone who is in it for more years than any 2 pet stores combined!! His store is liken to a Pet Bodega, and packed floor to ceiling with precious loved ones who need more love! Fish, bird, lizard or some snakes - they are all hangin' around waiting for YOU!!!

I gave this place 1 star because I couldn't give it -5, which it deserves.This place really Disappoints! They do NOT care about the health and well being of your pet, THEYRE A FRAUD. All They care about is finding ways to over charge you for unnecessary medications, that can potentially hurt your pet. When you ask about the medications, there's no clear explanation as to what they do, they charge twice the cost for items you can get in any pet store. ..and once you express your concerns with them (because your pet is precious and important to you) which as a parent/owner, you should be able to speak to your vet about your pets health concerns. They will give you the idea that you did something wrong and won't see your pet again. This place & its doctor is UNPROFESSIONAL.
