I wish I can give it a 0 my son went to get his chain repaired went today to pick it up and they trying to give him a baby chain. They told him he needs to come back Wednesday when the lady who attended him be back.

This is completely sad I bought this ring 2 days ago for $190 they told me is 14k gold and that is real. On Sunday December 31 I bought a ring and the second day the diamonds were falling off I went on Wednesdays for an exchange or refund and they gave me this ring which is worst. The ring is completely fake and the quality is terrible. They not willing to give me a refund back. I will make sure the entire community of Passaic and New Jersey knows about this store and the fraud they doing to costumer's.

WARNING! My mother had a custom jewelry business for years and she finally closed her shop and retired. Well deserved for a Korean immigrant lady that worked her tail off to support two kids in a country barely knows the language. After closing her business, my mom had a bunch of silver. She went here and they agreed to pay her an X amount of dollars but they are unable to pay her at once. They said they will break it up by four payments and my mom to come get it weekly. My mom asked for a post check to feel comfortable and the guy said he is a man of his word and he has done this for many years. The first payment week came and he put away most of the silver and mixed it with his stuff and showed my mom the ones that were tarnished. He said that it would cost him money to fix this up and that he cannot give her the full amount promised. Can we just note that he picked and chose all the items before he bought them? It was not like my mom brought pictures and gave him some other item. He took what was presented and agreed to pay the amount. He shaved down the payment amount and tore up the receipt when my mom showed him the receipt. The receipt is essentially a contract to pay. He tore it up so he is now in breach of contract. He then asked my mom if she was Jewish because my mom insisted on receiving the last bit of cash. Sir, she is clearly Korean or anything but Jewish so not sure where that question was coming from and what was being achieved. The initial agreement was $1/gram. My mom made 80 cents/gram. It really boils my blood when ppl try to take advantage of ppl like my mom because she is a frail old woman. From time to time ppl have pulled this type of stuff with her bc they think they will get away with it bc English is barely her second language. I am just happy for this a**hole that I was not there bc I would not have let this play out the way it did. My brother and I are very livid and really do hope that this person pays for what he has done not only to my mother but to my other fellow yelpers that have expressed their frustrations here. Given my mother has been a small business owner for all of my life and knowing the strugglings of keeping the lights on, I really hate talking badly about another small business, but THIS is unacceptable. Taking advantage of an old lady and getting a bit racist with her. This is NOT nice what so ever. THIS is not how business should be conducted. AWFUL! Absolutely AWFUL! I do hope everyone gives this review a glance through before buying/selling anything.

Terrible service, they don't know how to take a customer's comment, I sent them to fix a guillo and two days later the part they fixed was wrong and the girl who helped me only knows how to defend herself, they would rather lose a customer than do things as they are

had a great experience at this Jewlery store! I have never seen a single store with such a large selection! the manager Tony took his time and was extremely knowledgable in explaining the jewelry I was looking at, they put together a custom beautiful engagement ring for me and even worked out an amazing price on gold Jewlery for my wife, I would recommend this place to everyone I know, TONY IS MAN!

*PLEASE READ ** If I can give this place a zero star I would. I bought a ring for my mother in February since she's had it not even a two weeks and a charm falls off. Tony fixed it and another one falls off. Tony fixed it again My mother hasn't had that ring for a month straight without having any problems with it. The charms it self were starting to turn colors I've been to this place every other week since I just picked up the ring on Monday and now today yet again another charm fell off so at this point I want my money back or an exchange the owner was a very nasty man I show him the receipt that I was provided it never said ring because I also bought something else he basically was calling me a lair.Tony the man that worked on the ring and sold the ring to me also calling me a lair when I picked up the ring on Monday for the charm falling off he acting like he doesn't remember. Bringing the same receipt that they accepted before but now today because it doesn't say ring on the receipt Tony acted like he didn't remember anything.He was snapping his neck at me like a female. They are con artists I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THAT PLACE. The owner kept calling me a lair when his OWN WORKER Gabrielle showing him the proof that I bought it and her explaining to him she messed up on the receipt he completely ignored her and proceeded and still ask me for a receipt that say I got the ring there yet again when I now have the proof and someone that works here who is agreeing with me and he still calling me a lair I spent over $400 on that ring and he tried to offer me $130 for it. Saying I'm responsible for the charm falling off but how when I've been here Twice before and I wasn't responsible so why should I have to pay for it today Please DON'T waste your money in this place.
