Staff is nice and patient. Pricing is fair and they usually have discounts. I don't get why people complain, if you don't like your pricing go elsewhere. I shopped around 4 other jewelers in Passaic and none had the quality and price these guys had. Free engraving, and they fixed a piece of jewelry i had at a great price.
