I called this company when I needed to relocate, and they were fast, polite, and fairly priced. Their customer service was always excellent. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who has to move.

My stuff was a month and a half late. One of my boxes was missing. My bookshelf was damaged. As we were waiting for my stuff we would make phone calls and probably 70 percent of the calls were either unanswered or transferred to a department that didn't answer.

Repeated requests to be removed from their email list have been ignored and the frequency was INCREASED to a daily bombardment.
