The manager name roll are very very terrible here, no respect and Same service with higher price than Paramus Honda, and when you make payment with a coupon that printed on their website,they tell you that coupon doesn't work no more even it is not expire, and they never take out from website, everytime when you check the price with them,it is cheaper than other,but when you fix the problem there and make payment the price get higher, if you don't accept some coupon,don't post the coupon on the website,also the service advisor has very bad attitude and the manager ro.they don't like to answer you questions, we go here,because we like garden state Honda, and we come here to spend money,and people work here are very bad attitude. Highly not recommend,that is why garden state Honda get 3star.if you keep doing like this, you will get 1star on Google. Believe or not

I purchased 3 vehicles already. The civic-r that I purchased in April has been back in the shop twice. First time I took it, I told them there were 3 things, from which 1 was only fixed. Second time around, took it for a whole different reason, and it’s been in the shop approximately 5 weeks already and no update. I have been calling and just communicate with a rep, but because of my work schedule I cannot make it to the dealership. I leave voicemails and no call back from management. This is ridiculous. I guess leaving them this bad review will hopefully make them call me back. At this point, I think seeking legal advice would work. Playing a high price for a defective car.
